Relationships are not easy and they definitely can be strained more when children enter the picture. WE love the Gottman Theory when it comes to relationships and invite you to read up on it a little more as well.

Becoming a parent was one of the best gifts I was given. I would be remiss though if I didn't say it wasn't one of the most stressful things I have done. My husband, Brian, and I have three beautiful children ages 15,10, and 9. You can learn more about them in the Kids Talk section of this page.
